When will my package be shipped?

After you have placed your order, you are of course eager to receive your package. We will therefore work as quickly as possible and with the utmost care to prepare your package. Your package will be processed and shipped within 2 workingdays of placing your order.

To which countries can a parcel be sent?

Every Juno package can be shipped to:

  • Belgium;
  • The Netherlands;
  • Luxembourg;
  • France;
  • Germany;
  • Spain;
  • Italy;
  • Sweden;
  • Finland;
  • Denmark;
  • Poland.

In Belgium the shipping cost is 5.70 EUR, in The Netherlands it's 6.80 EUR and in Luxembourg 6.90 EUR. From an order amount of 75 EUR, the shipping costs are no longer applicable and your order will be shipped for free within Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg.

For the other countries the shipping costs will be calculated at check-out.

Of course, our Juno packagaes can be sent to any beautyful place in the world. So if your country is not in the list, please contact us and we'll make sure it can be delivered!


Can Juno deliver on a day and time of my choice?

Unfortunately, you cannot choose a day or time for the delivery of your order. For the shipment we work with external partners who determine their own route schedule.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. You can then follow your delivery via that link, so you know when to expect your package.

What if I'm not at home?

If you are not at home to receive your order, it's possible that your package will be delivered to the neighbours. If so, you wil be notified.

My promo code doesn't work, what now?

In addition to automatic discounts, we also use promo codes that are unique for (temporary) promotions. If the promo code you obtained does not work, this may be because:

  • the spelling is not quite correct;
  • the promo code is no longer valid.

If the code still doesn't work, please contact us.

Is the payment of my order safe?

Your payment is handled securely and secured by Mollie. This is a European based company that acts as a transaction provider between Juno and the customer. By using Mollie, the entire payment cycle is secured.

Which payment options do you accept?

On our website you can pay with:

  • Bancontact;
  • Visa;
  • Master Card;
  • Maestro;
  • iDEAL;
  • Paypal.
