We try to give you the best of the best, but there can always be something thay makes you not convinced wit your purchase. If you would like to exchange or return something, please follow the following steps:
- Send an e-mail to email@example.com maximum 7 days after receiving your order and describe the reason why you want to return an item. In this e-mail you have to mention which action you want to link to this return. You can either exchange the item or you can optain for a refund. Please also put your order number in this e-mail.
- If you wish to exchange your item, you may return it to: Juno, Brouwereslaan 3, 2110 Wijnegeme, Belgium. This shipping cost is for the buyer. The new items will be returned free of charge.
- If you want a refund, this will happen as soon as Juno received the item(s) you sent in good and undamaged condition. The articles must be returned to: Juno, Brouwerslaan 3, 2110 Wijnegem, Belgium, at the expense of the buyer.
- Please note: if the package is lost during the return shipment, you must send us proof of shipment. If this proff is present, we will then proceed with a refund. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Returns can only be approved if:
- the item is complete (e.g. both pieces of an ensemble must be included in the return shipment);
- the item has not been used and/or has not been washed;
- the item is returned in its original condition and original package;
- the item has been handled with care and carefully packed.
